In his role as a Senior Physiotherapist, Ash has provided exceptional patient care, specializing in rehabilitation, sports medicine and coaching. His unique blend of clinical expertise and project management skills enables Ash to streamline operations, enhance patient outcomes, and drive innovation in health and wellbeing area. This led him to China, where he spent time with the Shaolin monks and discovered a new passion: studying and practising the ancient self-healing practice of Qigong. This was followed by mindfulness meditation and holistic health coaching.
