You will use a range of practical tools involving tissue release, mobility, sauna and ice therapy, and mental recovery methods. At Sano, we want you to learn to recover as hard as you train.

Understanding then connecting to our personal values has been proven to help athletes reach their maximum potential. By having a strong connection to your values, you will learn to better understand how you make choices both in and out of sport.


The world’s best athletes all agree that training the mind is at least as important as training the body. We need to learn proven, practical tools of training our Mindset, then how and when to use them. 


The ability to concentrate on a single thing for as long as you want to, is a key characteristic of the highest performing people and athletes. This includes what feelings and emotions we want to be able to have more control over.

Gratitude & Initiative

Most athletes want to know what else they can do to get an edge in their performance. Understanding and using Gratitude and ways of demonstrating Initiative are two ways that are proven to help give athletes the extra edge in their preparation and eventual performance.

Energy & Workload Management

Understanding the impact of various stressors on our mind and body is vital to help improve planning. Athletes need to learn easy ways to best manage competing demands of training goals and life.

Jarryn Geary

Leadership & Performance Manager,

Geary is a professional AFL player signed to the St Kilda Football Club. He has played over 200+ games and is a Life Member at St Kilda FC. Since being drafted in 2007 with pick No. 58 in the 2006 Rookie Draft. He has played a pivotal role within the St Kilda Football Club, leading him to become the Captain of his side.
