Our facilities give you complete access to our range of training and recovery tools such as Gym, Infrared Saunas, Cold Plunge and Compression Recovery.

Safety and emergency features

Your safety is our first priority.

  • A private facility means your team can have exclusive access during their program, without interruption or disturbance.

  • We have CCTV monitoring throughout the facility to ensure everyone's safety.

Nutrition Bar

Our Nutrition Bar refers to the range of healthy food that is always available to you, including:

  • Coffee machine.

  • Fresh and frozen fruit.

  • Nuts, seeds, muesli, dried fruit.

  • Protein supplements.

  • Snack packs including tuna, salads, rice blends.

Boardroom

Our Boardroom is available to be booked for meetings or used as a remote workspace. It includes:

  • Seating for eight people.

  • Large TV with AirPlay and Bluetooth connection capability.

The SANO Performance facility is the perfect space to help change your mindset to re-frame the way you look at 'stress' and how to improve your team's performance.

Cardio Equipment

We utilise cardio equipment to personalise endurance based exercise and target for positive cardiovascular adaptations.

Strength / Gym Equipment

SANO Perform has high-performance graded strength training equipment. This equipment is of the highest commercial standard and is utilised to target long term musculoskeletal health improvements.

Open Training Space

Yoga, Pilates, Mobility (foam rollers, massage balls)

We have dedicated an area of the gym floor to be open and allow for free movement, stretching and floor-based activities to take place. This space will be utilised for group classes, but otherwise is free to use for personal or programmed stretching and mobility/self-massage routines. 

This space is used for group classes and personalised mindfulness, mobility and self-massage routines.

Cold Plunge Bath

Improves metabolism and energy, increases dopamine and immunity

Research into cold bathing has shown that the body's sympathetic nervous system is activated to cope with the stress of the temperature. There are a myriad of positive internal responses that strengthen the body's internal capacities when dealing with this controlled stress.

Infrared Sauna

Benefits cardiovascular health, markers of aging and immunity

Exposure to heat causes a range of immune responses from the body. Specifically, components of our body's cells that deal with inflammation and optimal functioning are shown to be most benefited. 

The controlled stress on the cardiovascular system from heat exposure helps the heart and circulatory system to adapt and improve its function. 

Compression pants & Massage gun

Reduces muscle soreness or fatigue and improves circulation

Both compression and percussive therapy are a self-administered way to replicate passive massage techniques. Unlike foam rolling, which involves activity to perform, these methods allow targeted release of soft tissue areas in a passive manner. 

Like most massage methods, these tools have been shown to have positive effects on feelings of recovery, blood and lymphatic circulation as well as reducing muscle tension.

Concept Cardio Pieces

(Rower, bike, ski ergo)

All of these pieces operate from a fan-based resistance system for smooth use that is easy to adjust. All are activated instantly when used for basic 'quick start' function. 

Strength / Gym equipment

SANO Perform has high-performance graded strength training equipment. We ask that all equipment be returned to initial set up and that no training is undertaken until the induction process is complete.

Open Training Space

We have dedicated an area of the gym floor to be open and allow for free movement, stretching and floor-based activities to take place. This space will be utilised for group classes, but otherwise is free to use for personal or programmed stretching and mobility/self-massage routines. 

The TV is able to connect to online workouts on YouTube for variety to the SANO program provided.

Wattbike

This is a specialised stationary bike used in high performance athlete settings. It operates on a fan-based system as well as magnetic resistance to provide an array of functions. The pedals include straps on one side and cleat clips on the other to allow for more balanced leg muscle use. The bike also features Bluetooth connectivity to the Wattbike app for a variety of customised training programs.

This is the only high performance facility that will inform you of the need for balancing out creating stress and recovering from it. In order to achieve the highest performance levels consistently, SANO will provide you with everything you'll need to rest and recover, so that you can always bounce back stronger.
