Monique's career focuses on new methodologies to collaborate and connect people on a deeper level. Monique has over a decade of experience delivering leadership and resilience programs within the mining and corporate sector. Challenging individuals and corporations to support growth and drive creativity through connection and innovation is her passion.

Steve Forcone

Experienced Performance Coach with elite athletes. Steve has worked on the personal development of professional athletes and business people for over 10 years. His experience can help identify practical and personalised opportunities for growth and improvement.

Jarryn Geary

Leadership & Performance Manager

Jarryn has completed a Bachelor of Commerce and Business. He was the recipient of the ACU Blue Award. Prior to joining SANO, Jarryn was a professional AFL player at the St Kilda Football Club where he played over 200 games and captained the team from 2017-2021.

Rebecca Clarke

Program & Operations Coordinator

Rebecca has over 15 years experience working within professional sporting organisations across Australia and the USA, specialising in marketing, sponsorship and events. She has a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Sports Management and Finance.

Kane Johnson

Performance Manager
Certified Health Coach (IAHC)

After retiring from a 15-year AFL career, including two premierships with Adelaide Crows and a captaincy at the Richmond Tigers, Kane embarked on a mission to balance the physical, mental and spiritual aspects of being.

This led him to China, where he spent time with the Shaolin monks and discovered a new passion: studying and practising the ancient self-healing practice of Qigong. This was followed by mindfulness meditation and holistic health coaching.

Luke Daniher

Sport and physical wellbeing have always been a major part of Luke’s life, underpinning a career helping others create the best version of themselves. Luke has spent the last decade working with elite athletes in the strength and conditioning field, notably with AFL umpires based in Western Australia. Luke has also applied his elite sporting practices in the mining industry, improving health, wellbeing and injury prevention practices for many organisations in the sector.

Associate Professor Craig Hassed is a Senior Lecturer at the Department of General Practice, where he has taught since 1989 while working extensively in the health and corporate sectors and with elite sporting bodies. Dr Hassed’s teaching, research and clinical interests range from mindfulness-based stress management, mind-body medicine and meditation to health promotion, integrative medicine and medical ethics.

Current media personality, Richo played 282 games for the Richmond Tigers, kicking 800 goals. He is a three time All Australian, and a member of the Australian Football Hall of Fame.

Anabell Smith

Anabelle Smith has competed on the Australian Diving Team for the past 13 years. Anabelle spreads her energy and experiences through motivational speaking and is currently helping shape Australia’s sporting future on the inaugural AIS Athlete Advisory Committee.
