With close to two decades of experience in the elite sports arena, Matt is a High-Performance Manager and Physical Performance Coach in injury prevention, health and wellbeing. Matt has spent the majority of his career with the Australian Football League, currently as the High-Performance Manager of the St Kilda Football Club. He has also consulted for some of the world’s most successful cricketers, tennis players and an Australian boxing champion.

An adventurer with acumen, and extensive business development expertise, Monique founded the adventure company True Spirit, which led life-changing retreats and treks across the globe to help companies build an inspired team culture.
As an accredited resilience facilitator, Monique has spent the last five years focusing on the mining and corporate sectors, developing wellbeing, fatigue prevention and high-performance programs for executive and frontline teams.

After retiring from a 15-year AFL career, including two premierships with Adelaide Crows and a captaincy at the Richmond Tigers, Kane embarked on mission to find a balance between the physical, mental and spiritual. This led him to China, where he spent time with the Shaolin monks and discovered a new passion: studying and practicing the ancient self-healing practice of Qigong, mindfulness meditation, and holistic health coaching.

Sport and physical wellbeing have always been a major part of Luke’s life, underpinning a career helping others create the best version of themselves. Luke has spent the last decade working with elite athletes in the strength and conditioning field, notably with AFL umpires based in Western Australia. Luke has also applied his elite sporting practises in the mining industry, improving health, wellbeing and injury prevention practises for many organisations in the sector.
Dr. Craig Hassed
Associate Professor Craig Hassed is a Senior Lecturer at the Department of General Practice where he has taught since 1989, while working extensively in the health and corporate sectors and elite sporting bodies. Dr. Hassed’s teaching, research and clinical interests range from mindfulness-based stress management, mind-body medicine and meditation to health promotion, integrative medicine and medical ethics.
